This week at B.A.S.E we have been very excited for Halloween on Saturday. To get the kids in the Halloween spirit this week we have been doing projects that reflect the time of the season. Ms. Kristen has been doing Jack-O-Lanterns and candy corn projects. Mr. John has been doing create your own scary monster mask with the students. The favorite project of the week hands down was with Mr. Mike and his scary recipe where the kids took scary ingredients and made a ghoulish snack. Next week we are going to be getting into the election day spirit with U.S. Government Week.

Welcome all to the First Grade B.A.S.E Blog for 2015. We have been busy at work and having a lot of fun so we apologize for the delay in our first posting. The students have been doing so many fun and amazing projects such as our jack-o-lantern projects, leaf rubbings, four season tree differences and our paper candy corn projects. We have posted some pictures below of our AMAZING!!!!! projects and will continue to update with pictures and more blogs as the year goes on. Next weeks theme is creepy crawlers so get ready for a fun and buggy week.
